These conditions of sale (hereinafter only "General Conditions") govern the sale of products marketed by All contracts for the purchase of products concluded through the site in accordance with the procedures specified therein, between the seller and the Customer, shall be governed by these General Conditions.


1 - The contract entered into between Best Shop S.R.L.s. and the Customer shall be deemed concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by Best Shop S.R.L.s. , which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order.

Acceptance shall be deemed tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any manner to the Customer. By placing an order in the various modes provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accept the general conditions and payment transcribed below.

2 - If the Customer is a final consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure is concluded, he will print or save an electronic copy and, in any case, keep, these general conditions of sale, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999 on distance selling.

 3 - Any right of the Customer to damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order, is excluded.


1 - The Customer may purchase only the products in the electronic catalog of Best Shop S.R.L.s at the time of placing the order and viewable at as described in the relevant information sheets. The technical information included in faithfully reproduce those of goods included in the catalog.

Best Shop S.R.L.s, therefore, reserves the right to change the technical information of the products, without prior notice. It is understood that the picture accompanying the descriptive sheet of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, and differ in color, size, accessory products in the picture.

All supporting information for purchase (Glossary, Buying Guide, etc...) are intended as mere generic information material, not referring to the real characteristics of each product.

2 - The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Best Shop S.R.L.s. by an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the Date and Time of receipt of the order and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used in any further communication with Best Shop S.R.L.s.

The message will repeat all the data entered by the Customer, who agrees to verify their correctness and promptly communicate any corrections, in the manner described in this document. The Customer may also check the status of his order by accessing the web area dedicated to him under "Order Status".

3 - In case of non-acceptance of the order, Best Shop S.R.L.s. undertakes to promptly notify the Customer.

4 - All prices on the site are intended as prices to the public and, therefore, and do not include any charges for customs clearance for deliveries to countries outside the European Union. Best Shop S.R.L.s. reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice. In the event that an incorrect and/or clearly derisory price is published, for whatever reason (error in our systems, human error, etc..) , the order will be cancelled, even in the case of initial validation.

 5 - On the site the quantities of product available at the time of the order are visible. Since the simultaneous access of many user-customers and the simultaneous possibility of "online" orders change the availability of the product, Best Shop S.R.L.s. does not guarantee the certainty of allocation of the ordered goods.

 6 - On certain products, subject to price promotions, Best Shop S.R.L.s. reserves the right to accept orders by reducing the quantities, subject to prior notice and acceptance by the Customer, failing which the order shall be deemed cancelled.



In cases of purchase of the goods with Credit Card payment method, at the same time as the conclusion of the online transaction, the bank of reference shall authorize only the commitment of the amount related to the purchase made.

The amount relating to the goods processed is charged to the Customer's credit card at the time of the order.

The credit cards accepted are all those that rely on the Visa, Mastercard circuits.

In case of cancellation of the order, either by the Customer or in case of non-acceptance by Best Shop S.R.L.s., the same contextually will request the cancellation of the transaction.

Order cancellation is possible as long as the order is not yet in stock preparation. The status of the order is clearly visible in the "Order Status" area and can no longer be cancelled if the indication "Order in processing" appears. Release times, for some types of cards, depend exclusively on the banking system and can go up to their natural expiration date (24th day from the date of authorization). Requested the cancellation of the transaction, in no case Best Shop S.R.L.s can be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by the banking system.

In the event that the Customer's order is still open beyond the 23rd day from the date of submission, Best Shop S.R.L.s. will still charge the Customer's credit card with the amount due, even if in advance of the physical delivery of the goods, in order to avoid the transaction authorization deadline (24 days).

Best Shop S.R.L.s. reserves the right to ask the Customer for additional information (e.g. landline phone number) or sending copies of documents proving the ownership of the Card used. In the absence of the required documentation, Best Shop S.R.L.s. reserves the right not to accept the order.

At no time during the purchase process is Best Shop S.R.L.s. able to know the information about the buyer's credit card, as it is typed directly on the site of the banking institution handling the transaction (with very high security systems); since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility of this data being intercepted. No computer file of Best Shop S.R.L.s contains, nor does it store, such data.

Under no circumstances, therefore, can Best Shop S.R.L.s. be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit cards by third parties, when paying for products purchased on


In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method, upon completion of the order the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page.

The amount related to the order is debited from the PayPal account at the time of the acquisition of the order.

In case of cancellation of the order, either by the Customer or in case of non-acceptance by Best Shop S.R.L.s., the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.

Order cancellation is possible as long as the order is not yet in stock preparation. The status of the order is clearly visible in the "Order Status" area and is no longer cancelable if the indication "Order in processing" appears.

Requested the cancellation of the transaction, in no case Best Shop S.R.L.s. can be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by PayPal.

At no time during the purchase process is Best Shop S.R.L.s. able to know the Customer's financial information. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility of this data being intercepted. No computer file of Best Shop S.R.L.s. contains, nor stores, such data. For each transaction performed with the PayPal account the Customer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.


In case of purchasing through the Bank Transfer payment method, on the payment page, the customer will be able to select the option "Pay by Bank Transfer" from the list of accepted payment methods.

Payment by bank transfer must be made within 5 working days from the date of order.

The reason for the bank transfer must include the order number and date.

After due verification, Best Shop S.R.L.s will ship the products ordered.


The Purchase Voucher may have a variable expiration date depending on the commercial conditions signed by the customer at the time of purchase.

The Purchase Voucher can be split and can be used to place multiple orders for a total value exceeding the Purchase Voucher.

The Purchase Voucher is not transferable to third parties, can only be used to purchase goods for sale within and cannot be converted to cash or be used to purchase other vouchers.

In case of purchases with a total value higher than the value of the Purchase Voucher, you will have to pay the difference for the completion of the order, choosing a payment method from those available.

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to the purchase of the vouchers. The right of withdrawal is guaranteed to the recipient of the Purchase Voucher, if it meets the necessary characteristics in terms of the law.

Best Shop S.R.L.s is in no way responsible for any theft of a Purchase Voucher or fraudulent use thereof.

Best Shop S.R.L.s. is in no way responsible for any loss or misuse of the activation code related to a Purchase Voucher.

Purchase Vouchers cannot be combined with all other discounts and promotions on the site and, if you receive more than one, with other Purchase Vouchers.


Online Credit Card transactions are carried out directly on the Bank's website, through a Secure Server that adopts the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection system. This protocol allows communication in a mode designed to prevent interception, modification or falsification of information. Best Shop S.R.L.s. does not learn about the data of the Credit Cards used by your customers.


Best Shop S.R.L.s. can only accept orders with delivery within the European territory.

For each order placed on Best Shop S.R.L.s. issues an invoice for the material shipped. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall be authentic. No change in the invoice will be possible, after the issuance of the same.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are explicitly highlighted when placing the order. Payment of the goods by the Customer will be made using the method chosen when placing the order. No additional expenses or fees are due to the forwarding agent but all charges for customs clearance of the goods in the case of deliveries to countries outside the EU remain the responsibility of the end customer.

Delivery of ordered goods is intended to the home floor up to a weight of 30Kg.

The goods travel with packaging made directly from the manufacturer or in properly closed cardboard boxes.

Delivery times of the ordered goods are purely indicative and amount to approximately 2-3 days.

The same may vary due to force majeure or due to traffic and road conditions in general or by act of the Authority. Standard delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place during the following hours: from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., of all days, not holidays, Monday through Friday.

No responsibility can be attributed to Best Shop S.R.L.s in case of delay in the processing of the order or delivery of the ordered goods.

 Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

- that the number of packages being delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the invoice;

- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or, otherwise, altered;

 Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately contested to the courier who makes the delivery, putting the words "withdrawal with reserve" on the appropriate accompanying document. In the specific case of damaged package write "withdrawal with reserve because the package is damaged". It is also required to open an anomaly file with Best Shop S.R.L.s by contacting the email addresses in the Contact section.

Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

Although the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within eight days of receipt.

Any hidden damages or anomalies must be reported in writing by registered mail with return receipt to the courier whose address is explicit on the accompanying document.

It is also required to open an anomaly file with Best Shop S.R.L.s. by contacting the email addresses in the Contact section.

Any report beyond these terms will not be taken into account. For each statement, the Customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.


"Order fulfillment time" means the time interval from receipt of the order to delivery of the product to the courier.

All orders, containing products in stock, of which payment confirmation has been received by noon on a business day, are entrusted to the courier within the next 72 business hours.


Delivery charges are clearly marked on each item and are based on a weight/volume calculation established with the delivering carrier. Best Shop S.R.L.s. reserves the right to vary delivery charges without notice as conditions of use change and as contracts with various carriers change. Best Shop S.R.L.s. may do sales campaigns with free shipping charges, without affecting the ability of Best Shop S.R.L.s. to ask the customer for a contribution for packaging and transportation costs.


1 - Pursuant to art. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, if the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form to Best Shop S.R.L.s. a reference to VAT), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without penalty and without prejudice to what is stated in paragraph 3 below.

2 - To exercise this right, the Customer must follow the procedure described in the Returns and Refunds section. Returned goods must be received by Best Shop S.R.L.s within 14 days at:

3 - The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:

the right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product;

the purchased goods must be intact and returned in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation); we ask you to affix the RMA number (return authorization code) issued by Best Shop S.R.L.s:

shipping costs related to the return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer;

the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the customer;

in case of damage to the goods during transport, Best Shop S.R.L.s. will notify the Customer of the incident (within 10 working days of receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the courier of his choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the property (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;

Best Shop S.R.L.s. is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;

4 - Best Shop S.R.L.s. will refund the customer as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, subject to notice of withdrawal, by transferring the amount charged to the Credit Card, Paypal account or by Bank Transfer.

NB:In the case of reimbursement by bank transfer, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain reimbursement (IBAN Code - Current Account-SWIFT and name of the account holder).

The following will be deducted from the refund:

- in the case of return by our courier, the cost of return shipment of the package, at the standard shipping rate;

- the value of standard shipping, if the reason for return is not due to defective items;

- in case of cash-on-delivery purchase, the cost of the cash-on-delivery service.

5 - The right of withdrawal lapses totally, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the property (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where Best Shop S.R.L.s. ascertains:

 - damage to the product due to causes other than its transportation;

- a dirty state of the product due to its use, which has compromised its integrity.

The costs and risks of transportation for the return are fully borne by the Customer. The return of products that are not intact or deteriorated will not be accepted by Best Shop S.R.L.s and will be returned to the sender with the burden of transportation costs.

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Best Shop S.R.L.s. will return to sender the purchased goods, charging the same shipping costs.


All products marketed by Best Shop S.R.L.s are covered by the conventional manufacturer's warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 24/02. In order to benefit from warranty service, the Customer must keep the invoice (or the DDT) that he/she will receive together with the purchased goods. The Customer will always be able to download invoices for his purchases from by accessing the restricted area.


The personal data requested when placing the order are collected by Best Shop S.R.L.s. and processed on computer media, in order to meet the obligations arising from the contract concluded with the Customer and will not be under any circumstances and for any reason transferred to third parties. Best Shop S.R.L.s. guarantees to its customers the respect of the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the Privacy Code referred to in Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30.06.03. Owner of the data processing is Best Shop S.R.L.s. ,Via Ragazzi del 99, n. 7 - 65123 Pescara (PE) Italy, in the person who from time to time has the legal representation, unless a person in charge is appointed pursuant to art. 29 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003.

The customer, at any time, has the right to revoke the consent to the processing of personal data by written notice to be sent to the registered office of Best Shop S.R.L.s. The customer, who declares to have received the information pursuant to art. 13 and on the rights due to the same, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, has the right to access their data in the manner provided therein. Marketing communications will be sent only with the explicit consent of the Customer issued together with the authorization to the processing and sending in the online registration form.

The sales contract between the Customer and Best Shop S.R.L.s is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian Law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this contract of sale at a distance, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of his town of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of Pescara.
