Ranpollo is an ironic and bubbly fashion house born in 2012 in Milan from the idea of two young friends with a passion for fashion and streetwear culture. It produces knitwear, skirts, accessories and T-Shirts totally produced with pride in Italy, in 100% firm cotton fabric, characterized by a slouchy fit that conveys a strong message of character and sensuality.
The watchword that inspires the brand is "Fashion Poet" a fascinating story in a modern key written for a witty, easygoing, fun-loving woman who never takes herself too seriously. Iconic characters, timeless classics, Hollywood stars revisited in a burlesque key are the subjects that inspire the collection. Ranpollo signs his Tshirts with a chameleon-like style that conveys explosive energy.
Ever since the creation of the logo, the founders have focused on an easy emotional impact and a philosophy outside the usual patterns to define the contents of the clothing line. Even the name "Rampollo" was born playing: in fact, the entrepreneurs tried to repurpose the famous fairy tale of the princess and the frog by imagining what would happen if it were set in the contemporary world.
They imagined that Froggy, kissed by a wonderful girl, would prefer to renounce eternal love, giving himself up to escape driving his sports car driven by his dear friend Rooster, the castle guardian. From the meeting between the Frog and the rooster, the name Ranpollo was also born.
